Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 4 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Chest Dips 4 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)

Week 2
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 5 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Chest Dips 4 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)

Week 3
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 5 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Chest Dips 4 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)

Week 4
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press 5 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Chest Dips 4 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)
Incline Flyes 3 sets x 10-12 reps (1 min rest)

    had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts
    out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin.
